Terms & conditions.

1. Standard working time for each case is 2 weeks (6–8 units, excluding weekends).
2. Additional charges apply for expedited work: 20% within 7 days, 50% within 3 days.
3. Once a case is received, the client must be available for consultation, discussion and the flow of information during and within the work-in-progress timeline.
4. The protocol for a smile makeover must be followed in sequence — trial smile, ideal wax-up, then preparation with final temporaries — before the final restoration can be delivered.
5. Should protocols be compromised, Digital Dental Aesthetics Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter the case delivery time or to decline the case.
6. All courier fees, local and international, are chargeable to all laboratory cases.
7. In the event of a re-preparation or a retake of a new impression, new fees will take effect accordingly.
