How we handle personal data submitted through this website, under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Who we are
Digital Dental Aesthetics Pte Ltd, 541 Orchard Road, Liat Towers #14-03, Singapore 238881. We are a dental laboratory. We make restorations for dental practices; we do not treat patients.
What we collect through this website
Only what you type into the enquiry form on our contact page:
- your name, email address and contact number;
- your practice or clinic name, if you give it;
- the nature of your enquiry and the message you write;
- the IP address and browser the submission came from, which we keep to prevent abuse of the form.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, to discuss and process laboratory cases, and to keep a record of our correspondence with your practice. That is the whole of it.
Who else sees it
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare and our enquiry notifications are delivered by an email service provider. Both process data on our instructions in order to deliver the service. We do not otherwise disclose your data, except where we are required to by Singapore law.
Case material
Where a case you send us includes patient-identifying material — photographs, scans or records — we treat it as confidential, use it only to make the restoration you have asked for, and do not publish it. Anything that appears on this website is our own laboratory work, photographed at the bench.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we have a working relationship with your practice, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. We remove data when it no longer serves the purpose it was collected for.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Write to smile@ddaesthetics.com.sg or call +65 6970 5889 and we will respond within a reasonable time.
